Beer Shrimp

Pour 2 cans of beer in a medium sauce pan, and bring to a slight boil over medium heat. Add 2-3 teaspoons CAJUN SENSATION OR MISTY BAY and medium or large raw shrimp to beer and cook for a few minutes – just until opaque. Do no over cook. They will stay moister if you leave the shell on when cooking. Drain. Place on dish and drizzle with melted butter seasoned with LEMON PEPPER CLASSIC. Makes a great appetizer for family and friends.
