Pasta

In a saucepan, add extra virgin olive oil and chopped garlic. Sauté slightly until the aroma comes out (about a minute ). Add fresh or canned chopped tomatoes, diced onion, shredded carrots and any of your favorite veggies. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of ITALIAN TRADITIONS, a pinch of salt (optional) and fresh ground pepper. Cook over medium heat until hot and bubbling. Serve over your favorite pasta.
